Junaid Khamissa Attorneys & Conveyancers is a niche law firm specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Personal Injury and Insurance Law. Located on the majestic Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast, the firm was founded in 2004, by its director, Junaid Khamissa.
From humble beginnings, we have grown into a diversified law firm, with dedicated legal departments, providing services in the fields of Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Administration of Deceased Estates, Trademark Registration Agents and Correspondent Attorney Agency Work.

Meet Our Legal Team
Junaid Khamissa
Junaid is a specialist Conveyancer and Commercial Attorney. Junaid was admitted as an Attorney in 2004 and has an LLB degree which he obtained from the University of KwaZulu Natal. He also has an LLM degree with specialisation in Commercial Law which he attained from the University of South Africa. Junaid is called upon by clients to draft commercial contracts, attend to their commercial property conveyancing transactions and assist with commercial aspects of law.
Thieashca Rajcoomar
Thieashca is an Admitted Attorney. She attained an LLB Degree which she obtained through the University of South Africa. Thieashca heads the Estates, Trusts and Trademark agency department.
Nosipho Ngeleka
Mrs Nosipho is an admitted Attorney and she specialises in Civil Litigation. Her
qualifications are an LLB Degree which
she attained from the University of Transkei
(Unitra).
Abdullah Seedat
Abdullah is a paralegal, based in the Commercial Litigation department. His qualifications are a B. Com Law Degree which he obtained from the University of South Africa. He is currently pursuing his LLB Degree through the University of South Africa. Abdullah has an interest in the specialisation of High Court civil Commercial Litigation and aspects of Commercial and Taxation Law.
Bongi Mbotshwa
Bongi is a paralegal at Junaid Khamissa Attorneys. She heads the agency Department.
